CMAP is set to transfer to a new office this year according to CMAP President Jezreel Pimentel in an announcement during the first General Membership Meeting for fiscal year 2022-2023. The new office will be found at the 12th floor of The Stiles Enterprise Plaza – East Tower in Circuit Makati.
In a video presented to the members, the president tells the story of his first visit to the current CMAP office. As an engineer and appraiser, he shares his thoughts about the building and how it is old enough to get replaced in a matter of time, prompting him of dreaming for CMAP to relocate to a new office. He shares the importance of having a presentable office as it represents the overall image of the organization – its strength and trustworthiness.

Asked about the ways and means CMAP was able to obtain a new office, President Jezreel tells that the Board of Trustees (BOT) set guidelines for efficient financial management inside the organization. This method allowed for raising funds for different projects in CMAP, including the obtaining of the new office. He shares his and the BOT’s excitement about the project, adding that it is an honor to be enabling this endeavor after decades of CMAP’s existence.
The new office is expected to be in full operation next year 2023. The Stiles Enterprise Plaza is a project of Alveo Properties by Ayala Land Development.
